Designed, debugged and installed a custom, PC based, user friendly packaging efficiency system to track all direct labor efficiency, all non-standard and indirect labor and track all equipment downtime by shift, by mechanic, and by supervisor.

Supervised seven Industrial Engineers and a six person Systems improvement team in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging environment.

 

Supervised three graduate industrial engineers as Manager of  Industrial Engineering for a large cosmetic facility with over 100 packaging lines.

Performed  evaluations of alternatives for several new, consumer product distribution centers.
